We offer a 100% guarantee that if you are in any way dissatisfied with the goods you have ordered (including Sale items), we will exchange them or give you a full refund, provided that you return them to us in their original condition and packaging, unworn and unwashed, with all labels intact. We cannot accept wigs that have been worn, sprayed, styled or smell of perfume or smoke. Please make sure your wig is not left in a room where people smoke. If your goods are not returned in an acceptable condition we will not be able to issue a refund and the goods will be returned back to you. Returns period:Our normal returns period is 14 days from when you receive the goods, and any returned items must be received by us within this time. (Please note that these dates are those by which any returns must be received back in our warehouse, so please allow up to 10 working days for your goods to reach us). We will let you know as soon as we receive the goods, and will then endeavour to process your request for either a refund or replacement as quickly as possible. Please allow up to seven days from receipt of your return for this to be done. Delivery charges will not be refunded in the case of a return. Refunds:If you have requested a refund, or replacement of a lower value than the returned goods, any refund due will be credited back to the card used to pay for the original order. The Process to Exchange or Return Items:UK customers: We will enclose a postage paid returns label with your order. Send your return via the Royal Mail, and please obtain a Certificate of Posting (available free from the Post Office) for all returns, so that we can complete your request in the event of items being lost in transit. You should keep this certificate until you have received your refund or replacement. How To Cancel How do I cancel an order? Under the United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations, you have the right to cancel the contract for the purchase at any point from the time of ordering until seven working days after delivery. To cancel this contract, either telephone the Customer Service team on the following number, or email us, stating the order number and giving your clear instruction that you wish to cancel the order. Changing an order:Can I change an order that I've already placed on the website? Unfortunately, it's not currently possible for you to change or cancel an existing order yourself on our website. For standard delivery, a signature should not be required. However, packages which will not fit through your letter box may be taken back to the postal depot for collection. Please note that where a signature is required, orders cannot be sent to PO box addresses.
